Hereinafter referred to as ‘Shashiclicks’ or ‘the Company’ or ‘us/we/our’.

We would request you to kindly read this ‘Warranty Policy’ carefully before using the website, booking our services, or receiving any deliverables offered by us. Note that by accessing our website or booking our photography/videography services, you signify your consent and agreement to be bound by the ‘Warranty Policy’ specified herein.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time without any obligation to inform you and it is your responsibility to check for the recent updates. Any updates to this ‘Warranty Policy’ shall take effect immediately upon the date of posting and you agree to be bound by the terms of these updates and amendments.

This Policy shall be read in association with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, and shall govern the terms of warranty/guarantee for all services and digital assets delivered by Shashiclicks.

1. Scope of Service & Equipment Guarantee

We utilize professional-grade cameras, lighting, and backup equipment during our shoots to ensure operational reliability. While we take every precaution against technical failures, our liability in the rare event of equipment malfunction or file corruption is strictly limited to reshooting the session (where feasible) or offering a partial refund at the sole discretion of the Company.

2. Quality Over Speed & Delivery Exclusions

• No Fixed Delivery Timelines: Shashiclicks prioritizes creative excellence and meticulous post-production. Every piece of content undergoes a rigorous curation and enhancement process. Therefore, the Company does not guarantee strict or binding delivery dates. Any estimated timelines discussed are tentative and subject to change depending on project scale, peak season load, or artistic requirements.
• Creative Discretion: All editing styles, color grading, and final selection of images/videos remain under the absolute creative discretion of Shashiclicks.

3. Post-Production Revisions

Clients are entitled to request minor adjustments (limited to color tweaks, brightness adjustments, or cropping) within 7 days from the date of final digital delivery. Any requests received after this period, or requests involving heavy digital manipulation, advanced retouching, or object removal, shall be treated as an additional service and will be billed separately.

4. Data Retention & Storage Policy

The Company follows strict post-shoot backup protocols. However, once the final digital assets are successfully made available to the client, Shashiclicks will retain a backup archive for a maximum period of 2 months. Post this duration, the Company is under no legal obligation to store, maintain, or retrieve the files, and shall not be held liable for any data loss.

5. Physical Products (Prints, Frames & Albums) Warranty

We source our physical products, including custom photo prints, premium frames, and wedding albums, from trusted third-party vendors.

• Manufacturing Defects: We offer a 7-day replacement guarantee from the date of delivery solely for inherent manufacturing defects (such as wrong print size, damaged frames, or binding defects in albums). If any such defect is found, you must notify us within 7 days with clear photographs of the damage, and we will initiate a replacement with our vendor.
• Exclusions from Warranty: Shashiclicks shall not be held liable for any damages caused to prints, frames, or albums due to mishandling, accidental drops, water damage, direct exposure to sunlight, or natural wear and tear post-delivery.
• Color Variation Disclaimer: Please note that slight color variations may occur between the digital image viewed on a smartphone/monitor screen and the final printed product due to different screen calibrations and printing ink profiles. This variation is standard in the industry and is not considered a manufacturing defect.
